So we’ve taken over management of the Cyclorama studio from Studio Luma, and will make the schedule available here. To book the studio simply email us at bookings@elmererana.com and let us know the details of when you need to use the studio.

Lighting Design / Gaffer assistance

If you would like lighting design / gaffer help in order to setup lighting, we can assign a person to be present to advise and assist to setup the lighting equipment for a gaffer fee starting at $50 for a single setup, and can be quoted depending on your desired number of setup and looks.

Additional equipment can be requested for use, just let us know what additional gear you require. Pricing listed next to the item is the cost for the entire duration of your booking.

Studio Cycwall Bookings

Studio use is generally available from 9am - 9pm, special arrangements can be made upon request. Check the calendar for available dates and times. Then send us a DM via @blankstudioyyc (Instagram) This request is tentative and a confirmation of the appointment will be sent to you if successful. If you want a more customized booking time, such as longer or shorter than the default appointment, just email us directly at bookings@elmererana.com

Invoice for booking will follow after confirming. Bookings require a minimum of 2 hours.

  • 2 hours for $200 (gst included)

  • 4 hours for $350 (gst included)

  • 8 hours for $660 (gst included)

Additional hours will be charged at the pro-rated booking fee. example - 5 hours would cost $350 + $87.50
Multi-day bookings should contact us directly to arrange the details and availability.

cyclorama wall refresh

If you want a freshly painted cyclorama wall there is a $100 extra fee. This needs to be explicitly requested with at least 48 hours notice.
